I have shopped here for years. The last few times I have gone in I have had the worst customer service.

Today was so bad I had to say something. My 5 year old had to go to the bathroom and I asked if they had a bathroom and they were so rude and told me it was a liability and to use the store next door?! So I had to drop all the clothes I had and round up my kids and run next door.
When I came back and bought the stuff I had and exchange some sizes for some pants I bought earlier the coupon didn't apply to the purchase. When I asked at the register if the coupon applied the lady said yes (I assume the manager) and then when I looked at the receipt it didn't apply. So I got back in line and the lady looked at the receipt and laughed at me and told me that the exchanged clothes wouldn't get the coupon because it didn't add up to the right price and talked to me like I was too stupid to add. I work in corporate finance, I can add. She wouldn't take the time to listen to me. I returned everything and I won't shop there again.

Clean store. Gap is way to expensive for what thwy provide. Also, if you are a bigger guy forget about coming here. You won't find anything that will fit. Waste of my time.
