Just had the best experience at Bliss in St George, and my daughter found the perfect prom dress! The owners were amazing, and so helpful finding her dresses to try, until she knew she had found 'the one'! We were visiting from Idaho, and I am so glad we found this store :)
I would give this store a big fat zero!! The staff was extremely rude to my daughter who was looking for a baptism dress. She was not helpful at all and in fact my daughter who is very respectful left in tears.
Awful experience, the staff is horrible. I walked in and was looking for a dress and the lady walks up to me and asks me if I had a parent with me and I said no. That I was buying the dress then she had a surprised look on her face as in what? You can't afford these dresses. Then when I was back in the dressing room trying on dresses I ask for a smaller size because it was a little baggy from the back and below the chest. And she made me feel so fat! She said that I do not need to go to a lower size, that the reason why it's saggy is because it's too tight around the waist. But she said it in such a rude tone, I felt horrible. Never even walking into their store again!
I love going into this store. The dresses are cute and reasonably priced. I have never had a problem with customer service. They go above and beyond expectations to be helpful. They have some really cute casual clothes too.
If I could leave no stars I would. The ladies in here were complete utter bitches. All we did was look at ties and they were completely judging us and my nephew wasn't even close AT ALL to touching anything but they were super rude to us and him. We walked out. I will NEVER EVER buy any of their ghetto stuff ever. I suggest no one does.
