THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The 2 at the counter said they had no chairs yet i found a bench. I need to sit down while my daughter shops for school clothes. I informed them that there was a chair and the guy said "thats a bench"...really? So disappointed in the customers service here so we just walked out. Rue21 lost $500 due to horrible rude employees. They were even saying rude things to us on our way out the door. Owners check the cameras it was 7/31 at approx 1:10 to 1:20. You can see i was sitting on the bench.
