Love old Navy but waited forever in line to check out and lots of stuff was ambiguously priced.
The St. George Old Navy seems to mainly cater to women... I realize that's most stores, but it seems like they could have a better selection for men.
Crowded hard to find the cloths you want. No assistance from sales associates
I was there a couple of days ago and the store was a mess it was so unorganized and had nothing in the baby section. And don't get me started on the restroom! They had no toilet paper no paper towels or toilet covers, then when I went to wash my hands the water didnt work but no worries they had hand sanitizer!
Very good customer service. They did not have the pants that I wanted in the store so April checked and found two stores that did carry them and had them delivered to my house. I got the pants on sale and only had to pay for shipping on one pair. I would go back to Old Navy any time - they were that great.
