Highly recommend Wright Automotive! They discovered my failing transmission and helped me get it repaired at zero cost, even though it was no longer warrantied. Best experience with an auto repair shop by far.

I was very pleased and this is where I will go from now on. They did great work and were inexpensive. I witnessed them do a favor out of kindness for the lady being served in front of me. Impressive.
I have been in for service quite a few times in the past with good results. The last time I went in I was scheduled for nine in the morning. They finally got my vehicle in at 10:45 and finished at 11:00. I was charged for an hour of labor???? Not so happy this time around!!
They are terrible, Don't know why I expected better from a mechanic in a storage unit but I did. Took my BMW to get a lower control arm fixed, they did not fixed it.also while in the process some how they managed to mess up my side skirt. When I took it back, they said they didn't do it. Told me I can go get It fixed at another local Auto body. They did nothing to resolve the issue after. They sent the mechanic to talk to me. The owners can't even handle their own problems. Very very disappointed.
