There is no doubt that Costco has great products but this place is so busy. They never have enough employees to help customers out. You can't ever get through when you call and then when you show up in person, you have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to set up the appointment. Then when it is time for your appointment, you have to wait in line again.
Again, I love Costco but because it has been so busy and impossible to get good quality service, I will take my business somewhere else.
The Tire Center at Costco St. George, UT was amazing. We had a low tire (on new Costco tire) while on a road trip. They got us in early, out quickly and didn't even charge for the sensor that was causing the leak and had to be replaced. They were so kind and polite and drove the car to us where we were waiting at their picnic table.
Great Value For Tires And Vehicle Supplies
Tried to set up appointment for follow-up visit for tires we purchased two months ago. Cut off 4 times. Never got through. Gave up.
