Absolutely horrible. These guys are completely worthless unless you’re one of their longtime customers they’re not interested in serving new people they’re not interested in helping at all they seem to be stuck in a rut of a good old boy network stay away there’s plenty of friendly people in town more than willing to help you however they can and don’t even think about running a Penske truck from them

Didn't take anything for service. Just dropped off a Penske truck. They were all super helpful and very friendly. They did however jump my car earlier that day and Josh the tow truck driver was very friendly and helpful. I would trust them to service my car if I needed it.
My car broken down 20 miles outside of St. George, I called them, and they were on site 30 minutes later. I had a whole family - and the dog - with me. It didn't phase them. The staff was great, the driver friendly and patient with kids and dog. Let my mechanic come to the shop to look and see if another tow was needed or the car was driveable. Turned out to be a simple fuel rail issue - even let my mechanic use their tools to perform the repair. When in trouble - call Braken!
