Horrible experience! I came in to get 4 tires for my truck. They didn't have the exact size tire that I had on it, but they did have Ford opptional sized tires. So we went with those. I was quoted a price, they started putting them on, then one of the techs sees that I'm on my phone, and called the store manager! The store manager accused me of filming them (which I wasn't, I was merely answering a text from my wife that was shopping in the store). So he accuses me of filming and says they can't put the tires on (which they already had one on) because they aren't the same size I drove in with! But that was all bs...what happened was they mistakenly put a more expensive tire on, by mistake and the original Goodyear tire we agreed upon could not be found. I got the impression that since I was from California they had some sort of bias against me. It was completely bizarre. I explained all this to the manager and he said he'd help me get this straighten out... but he quickly vanished and never came back. The bottom line is if you aren't from around the Saint George area, I don't think they want your business. They put us in a real jam because by the time they had my old tires on it was 2 hours later and everything else was closed.
