We have always had very good service at Riverside Automotive. They work us in quickly and they complete the job when they say they will. We recently had them replace our transmission and they personally picked up the parts in SLC instead of waiting for them to ship and they had it installed 2 days before they estimated. Their pricing seems fair and competitive. They've even done little extra jobs for us at no charge. They value our patronage.
Car broke down on way to vegas. They diagnosed it and got it fixed all within an hour. The problem arose as soon as we left and we returned to find another issue that they mentioned it could have been as well. They covered it and got us on the road without any issues or wait. I even received a follow-up call to see if it was still good. Highly recommend their service
I have been taking my cars to Brandon for the past 5 years. (1995 Jeep, 2005 Impala, 2010 Highlander, and 2000 Century) I trust him completely. He has never tried to rip me off or make me feel stupid for not knowing about cars. He is quick. Professional. He and his staff know what they're doing, and I have never had any problems with the fixes he's made to my cars. If anyone asks me for a good car shop, I'm always eager to recommend Brandon.
