Unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I have ever had period. This will sound like a rant a little bit but I've never had anything like this happen before! Took our car in after an accident on freeway. We only chose here because it was on our recommended insurance list. There could be so much said here but I will only mention the biggest things. First I wanted to make sure I didn't sign anything before I read all the papers and the lady there laughed at me for wanting to know what I was signing. She told me that when I sign they can work on the car so I wanted to know if I signed if they could charge me. Thanks for making me feel like an idiot even though I was just covering my own back. Next They made our car sound like it was a piece of crap not worth fixing. After starting and finishing the job they then call us to ask if there was certain damage that we could have done to the car before they took it. "They were not sure of they did it or it came like that" they offered to pay our deductible since they were not sure, which was only $50. Seem sketchy? I called our insurance and it turns our they did cause the damage and it was worth 800 dollars of damage. If they would have put that in the quote, it would have totaled our car but the shop wanted the job so they could "make money" Luckily State Farm is awesome. They offered to fix the damage or give us the money it would have cost to fix the damage. Our insurance company told us they would reevaluate their relationship with them. This review does not pertain to the mechanics as they were doing what they were told and did a great job. This all has to do with the main front desk lady Lisa. She was so dishonest and had absolutely no integrity. Do your self a huge favor and avoid dealing here unless you want them stealing from you. My wife and I were celebrating our first year anniversary and you think she could have been more understanding that weren't rich people to take advantage of but no on rich or poor should ever be taken advantage like this.
My car was hit when I was at work, I took my car here as recommended by my insurance. There wasn't a whole lot wrong with my car, the bumper was damaged slightly and my fog lights needed to be repaired. When I took my car in to get an estimate they told me it would take two weeks. 4 weeks went by and they gave me a call saying that my car would be ready in a few days depending on the paint drying. They never gave me a call back confirming that my car was ready. A week later I called them asking if my car was ready and after about 5 weeks of having my car they said they forgot to order the clips to put my bumper back on.They couldn't tell me how long it would take to finish but they'd call me. Week 7 they finally called and said it was ready. I went in and they forgot to leave my keys at the front so I had come back a different day to get my car. They also lied to me saying that I needed a new battery and it would be $150. I got my car and my battery was just fine. 10/10 would not recommend to take your car here. They were very unprofessional and vague.
