I've been shopping for the past couple of years for a new dirt bike for my son and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. We were visiting from out of town for the holiday and just decided to stop by to look at the selection and pricing. The salesman we met was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He spent nearly an hour with us just showing us the different bikes and explaining the benefits and negatives of each without being pushy or aggressive. He asked questions about my son to determine which bike would likely be the best fit for him for size, experience, and riding style. No other salesman had ever done that before. We felt so confident and comfortable with what we had been shown, that we ended up getting a new bike. The salesman even spent time showing us the in and outs of the bike and how to take care of it and where we could go riding while in town. I was very impressed by these guys and would definitely travel back to get my next bike here.
Went in looking for used atvs. They had two. We put in an offer on them and they said to give them a few days they wanted to put them through the shop. We said okay. They took our contact info and said would be in touch. We called 4 days later and they said they sold the one we were looking at. That to me is BAD business. If you have an offer in and someone else comes in you don't sell it from under them. You call them and say hey I have someone else here looking at it are you stl interested? BAD BUSINESS.
These store is big and have a lot of different bikes there for you to come to look and maybe pick the one you fall in love with! The staff is awesome in every way!
Excellent prices. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. My wife and I had a very good experience there.
It's nice having the Yamaha dealership on this side of town. They have a decent selection of bikes and parts. The repair center seems to be backed up most of the time, so don't expect a quick repair.
