**Negative stars if I could**HERTZ ON BLUFF STREET has the WORST customer service. I wonder what charm school the guy who called to tell me my reservation would not be honored went to?.?.? I appreciate caller ID as much as the next one but to use that and call and be a jerk is uncalled for. Spend your money at a competitor not here!!!
Terrible and unprofessional customer service at this location. I've rented cars around the world and have never been treated as I was here. Kept pointing out damages to the inside and outside of car and the response was that it was not bad enough for them to note and I must bring the car back in the same condition as I took it. Just because the damage is not big enough for them to note, they should note it so the customer knows it has been noted because they will go over the return with a fine toothed comb and charge you for any damages. I will never rent from here again.
The worst experience! They are so rude and unorganized! I'm still completely surprised at how bad I was treated!
Disappointed they weren't open at 8:30 am when they say they open. So I had to wait until 8:45 am for the service agent to start the day. Not the typical Hertz Gold service.

Bad Services. The guy that attend the location want you to charge you for everything. He offers many options in order to increase your final price. I used my own insurance and he keep asking for car protection and stuff like that. He almost don't let me park my car in the parking lot of the business and finally when I return the car I checked everything to avoid extra fees but he charged to me an extra 17 dollars because a rock chip in the windshield. The problem was not the money but the attitude of this guy trying to up sale and because he could not do it he take advantage at the end. I never had a problem like that with enterprise or any other company but Hertz.
