REVISED: I give them four stars for having reliable mostly new midsize cars on hand and honoring reservations made a week in advance and having a courteous and appreciative staff and apologizing for any complaints and making them up. I hope they can focus on the cleaning of the interior of the cars, answering the calls to the office (not letting them go to voicemail) so I can give them a five star rating next time since I use them often being a platinum tier member with the Enterprise Plus program.
I love the Enterprise Rental on the Blvd. The staff gets you on your way quick. I love the occasional upgrade. It's always a nice way of saying thanks for being our customer. I am trying the rental office at the airport this week, hoping for the same service. Thanks for making car renting so easy.
I always rent from this Location and so do my parents. We have gone through soo many branch managers and staff from the old location next to the Chalet Motel to where its currently at now and have come to love the outstanding service they always provide. Mark and his team are always on top of it and very professional in their dealings with customers. We're regular renters and are always treated with the utmost care. We recently discovered that Mark will be leaving and are glad he will be advancing to better opportunities. Always hard seeing good management leave. We recommend this location to anyone who wants to work with a professional team. You Guys Are Awesome. We're gonna miss you Mark.
Everything great except they aired up a tire which continued to lose pressure until I reached my destination where the local Enterprise traded for a different car.
This location is very busy and the cars turn over quickly. Each time we have used this location the service has always been excellent. The drawback is the quality of the cars. The reason I gave them 3 stars is the GM cars the Enterprise uses are horrible and they don't carry anything above a full size class. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
