I would rather eat a diarrhea dipped banana than come back to this place. That would be WAY more pleasant than going back to budget and dealing with Shelly. Shelly is quite possibly the WORST worker. She is super rude, and canceled my reservation right in front of me. Like who does that? Just go to enterprise. They helped us out, and were super nice. NEVER going back to budget.
Great rental prices and selection. Found a killer deal on an upgrade online so always look around for specials or coupons. We picked up a rental in Vegas...it was by far the busiest rental counter in the car rental building. Wait time was long but worth it for the price.
Worst experience!!! The woman that runs this office does not care what you reserve, or how long ahead you make your reservation. She WILL NOT HONOR IT!!!! She does not care about customer service. She does not care about the timeline you are on for your rental! If you are going on a trip, do not plan to get there using Budget, because it won't happen. We instead went to Enterprise and they took care of us last minute and we were able to go on our trip! Thank you Enterprise, NO THANK YOU BUDGET, AND NO THANK YOU SHELLY!!!!
Worst experience ever. Literally, never going to this establishment again. Shelly was very rude, I don't know how this establishment constantly let's her continue to be rude to the customers. She made no eye contact with me the entire time, and was very aggressive with my fiance and I every time we asked a question. Why are you working there, if your customer service is very poor. I never leave reviews, but I feel like everyone needs to know. GO TO ENTERPRISE!!!!
I made a reservation for a Dodge Challenger prior to showing up to pick up a car. The people that I talked to on the phone were different than the staff in the office . When I arrived to pick up a car there was no Dodge Challenger there was a Ford Mustang, but it had been a while since I had rented a car and I was then informed that my debit card was not good enough to rent the mustang. I ended up going to find a bank statement from my bank and having to have my insurance company fax a copy of my insurance coverage to even be able to rent a car. I ended up with a Ford focus, not quite the Dodge Challenger I was hoping to drive for my fourth of July trip. The office staff were not rude to me but I was really mad that the car I wanted and had reserved was not there and that there was no mention of having to use a credit card versus a debit card prior to my showing up. I did not receive a confirmation email or anything else that would've been helpful in getting the information I needed to know prior to picking up of the rental.
