Generally, the cab of the vehicle is cleared of the items used to protect the interior (service mat, plastic seat cover, service tab on the windshield) but lately even these little things are being overlooked.

I had to call to get the status on the vehicle where before they would call and update me periodically. I don’t need periodic updates, necessarily, just let me know it’s done or that there is an issue that will delay it.
Terrific customer service here! And good pricing. They treat your car care needs as if they would want to be treated as the customer. Comfortable waiting area.
My 86 year old invalid mother was sold a car for twice the blue book value and was persuaded to also buy all the expensive warranties. She never drove the car as it was delivered to her by the salesman. When they were confronted 3 days later we were told the car could not be returned for a refund, it had to be sold back to them. They said they would be generous and pay her half what she paid for it. That way she would also loose all the taxes and registration fees she paid. Then they told her she could not get a check for their repurchase amount until the DMV cleared the title they supposedly sent for. Needles to say that took them about 3 months. Now we are still having to chase them around to get the warranty reimbursement. The last excuse they gave us was that the "girl that writes the checks is out on vacation" That was a month ago. I wonder what tall tale they will give next. The only semi pleasant thing is that they lie to you with a smile on their faces
I’ve noticed that over the last few months, however, that the customer service has started to slip. Making an appointment online doesn’t seem to notify anyone you’re coming (not the service department’s fault, necessarily). No one bothers to call you and let you know your vehicle is completed. And the general mood and attitude of the service writers seems as if they’re communicating they’d rather be anywhere but there.
I don't recommend anyone going to this dealership!!
I am in customer service and am fully aware that sometimes you have bad days. But you should still try to put the customer at the long arm of the bad day and do your best not to let your funk become contagious.
Not sure if there’s something going on internally but it is reflected in the quality of the customer experience.
Terrible experience buying a car with them. I was told by many people that they are great and very friendly and they will definitely help you drive home with a car but i had the exact opposite experience. The manager was rude and did not even stand to talk about the car price. The sales people were very polite which is why i am giving a 1 star but anything other than that they did not provide me with any services, they did not offer me to look at any other cars. They did not show any real proof of why their price is high, only thing they kept saying was how many cars they sell per month.
I bring my work vehicle to Stephen aware Toyota when more than just an oil change and tire rotation are required. In most instances, I would rate the service department a 4 Star rating. In the past they have been helpful, accommodating and cordial. Service has been pretty quick on the turnaround and while not the absolute best service I’ve ever received, it hasn’t been slouching either.
