When I attempted to contact them about the problem, I was transferred to their service department. I had a friend look at the vehicle before I went over to the mechanics since I was sure they were going to try and rip me off. When I went there and told them I needed a new belt, they took 3 hours looking at it and came back just to tell me exactly what I had told them, yet described it in a way that made it seem like they had driven it before and had the same problem. After ALL of this (which took the better half of a day), they sent me back to the sales department too see if the company was willing to cover the charge.

Bought a lancer from this terrible dealership because they had me convinced I was getting a good deal. Looked good on the carfax but when I went to trade it in they said it was all pieced together and repainted with terrible paint. And the worst part? They said this was the owners sons car and it was greatly taken care of.. LIARS. Stay away from this trash and shady place.

Many of my friends recommended this place since they knew the old owner (who passed away) well, and said he always treated them kindly and got them a great deal on their still-working vehicles. My salesperson Brett was incredibly kind, and was able to quickly get me the vehicle I wanted. Too bad I didn't see him once after my car had broken down.

The next day I returned at 9 am, the time I was told the lead sales would be there. Upon asking the secretary, she said the lead sales is always late by an hour. My job keeps me pretty late (around 4 a.m.) so at this point I was completely furious. Tired, upset, and discouraged I simply left completely drained from the experience. Admittedly I bought the vehicle "As Is" with no warranty, so I wouldn't have even been mad if at the time of purchase they told me it would need some work, but they weren't even considerate enough to do that. These people would rather I almost die on the freeway when my car completely shuts off from a technical issue they could've prevented just to earn a couple bucks.

Summary: Please do NOT buy from these people. I bought a used Mini Cooper from them and it broke down exactly 19 days after purchasing. Upon trying to ask for assistance from them, all I received was poor treatment and a large waste of my time. Also, their service department is a complete sham. They charged a kind old gentleman who was there before me $100 dollars to replace a bolt in his car.

We purchased our dream truck from Painters. Jim Turner and Marjorie were very kind and worked diligently to help us get the truck. Also thanks to Graham. We felt no pressure.....just very kindly help. Thank you for a nice lunch and a fantastic program. We will be back to have our Ram serviced. Thank you. Leila and friend.

With what I've heard about how this place used to be run, and how the old owner used to actually care, it makes me sad to see how poorly it's run today. So please PLEASE purchase from ANYWHERE else but here.

The people are so nice and helpful. They helped get my daughter into a really nice automobile. They are the best. Not like stephen wade they wouldn't even let her test drive the car she wanted.

We had a issue with my mom's 11 outlander sport. On her way to Vegas from salt lake, her trans. Overheat warning came on. I googled them and gave them a shot. From my phone interaction to my mother's on site experience. They were nice, efficient and fair on price. Got her back on the road safely. My advice. Stay up on your maint. And read the owners manual.

Also, apologies to the poor secretary. My friend who drove me in snapped at her due to lack of sleep, and I could see she was trying her best and being as honest as possible.

Back to the sales department, while sitting in the lobby all the salespeople did was bash customers who came in trying to sell their used vehicles, saying how they looked so inexperienced it made them laugh. I was pretty disgusted on their complete lack of respect even with a customer sitting in the lobby. When they finally got to me about my problem, they said I needed to come back AGAIN the next morning to speak to the lead sales, who could MAYBE help me with my problem.
