ELITE AUTO IS FAIR, HONEST AND SUPER FLEXIBLE They make car buying fun and easy! They are a great company and completely changed my outlook on buying from a dealer. If you're in the market for a car you definitely need to go see the guys over at ELITE! If they don't have the car you want on the lot they will go find you one! It's AWESOME!!! And best of all they are FAST! I mean WAY FASTER than any other dealer I've ever dealt with! Go see them and ask for MITCH!!
I worked with Mitch at Elite Auto Credit to get my jeep. He was professional and quick. He did a great job at keeping me informed and going to bat for me. I think I spent a total of 45 minutes getting everything taken care of at the dealership. The jeep has been reliable and very clean. I don't really like the idea of buying from a used car dealership but I found a jeep I really liked with them and I'm glad it worked out so well. They were also able to get me a 2.99% interest rate through a credit union which is as good as I could have asked for. If you see a car you like on their lot ask for Mitch, he will take care of you.
These guys are amazing! They took my truck that has a few problems without hesitation and made insanely quick work of getting me into a vehicle, even with my credit being a little rough. They didn't pressure me into any particular vehicle. They ran my credit, looked at my truck value and payoff amount and put together several vehicles and pricing options for me and let me decide for myself. They even kept working to find me better financing than what I was originally approved for, even after everything was finalized. I would recommend Elite to everyone I know! They are far better than ANY other dealership I've ever dealt with!
Where do I start? First I would say to avoid this place at all cost cause in the end it will cost you! My son and I were looking for a car for myself and he was going to help me get it cause of a bankruptcy. I found a car i wanted to go look at on their online inventory and went down to look at it. When we got there the car wasn't there yet cause the person trading it in hadn't dropped it off yet so Mitch told us to come back in an hour and a half, it would be there to take for a drive. We went back and took it for a test drive and really liked it but told Mitch that the brakes were not good and it vibrated, shook going down the road and that there were a bunch of wires in the trunk that were not hooked to anything and the aux port didn't work. He said if we were interested he would take care of all that, the wires were probably from a system that had been in the car. So the next day we went back and my son took care of the paper work to get the loan approved, asked if we could please get the handicape plates cause I have health issues that require me to have them, they told us that it probably won't happen since it's in my son's name but if we can't get them which ones do you want? We told them the In God We Trust plates. Then we were told the brakes and shaking was fixed, taken care of. We drive off to take it home and noticed the brakes were fine but the shaking was still the same, the aux still didnt work, we got home and opened the trunk and guess What? Yup wires still there. We went back a couple days later due to me working and told them the car still shakes, aux still not working and the wires. They told us to come back in a couple days cause they were to busy to look at it. In the mean time my husband took it to a local tire shop to see what the shaking was all about and was told it had 3 bent rims and 2 separated tires, very unsafe to drive, was quoted $800 for all new tires and rims. When we took it back for the aux and wires we told them about what we found out at the tire shop and was basically told too bad you bought a used car, told me I only mentioned the brakes, nothing to do with the shaking. We made several phone calls with no one ever calling us back we had to go in there to actually talk to anyone, was told several times that the owners were in Vegas getting a shop set up there to open. Needless to say we paid for the tires, rims so we were safe and we took it to the dealer to pay for an aux port so all in all close to $1,000. Then two weeks ago we were called to come get the plates and guess What? Yup Ski Utah plates, were told that they would not reimburse us if we went to get them changed. Mitch even had the balls to ask my son if he would be willing to change his review if he got us the right plates. Are you kidding me?!? My son said no, I'm so not impressed with this place or Mitch that I decided to voice my opinion about our horrible experience.
