I would give them less but Neil was nice. We called back to cancel an appointment because we reviewed resale value of our cars and we were talked into coming the 80 mile round trip to do a deal on a used car with Jared. The figure was $5000 on the phone, but turned into $500 when we got there. I would not have driven two vehicles there and wasted 3 hours of my time had they been honest with me. Jared also handed us off to Neil. He was blindsided and his time was wasted as well.

Should have just trusted the other reviews and not wasted my time.

NEVER BUY A CAR HERE! Read the fine print. Right now I am in the service center and it was an hour and a half before my car was even up in the air at the Express Oil change. Still waiting. Not to mention the brakes were bad the day after driving off the lit. Requested help several times no luck. On my year anniversary they asked me to come in to see about a trade. Could not get a loan approved because the car did not have enough collateral. Salesman who sold me the car said, the car is St worth what the loan is for." In stuck with a 5300 dollar car that is costing me 13000. I am essentially paying 7600 over what it's worth plus the blue book of 5300. NEVER NEVER COME HERE. Go to Painteds. or Kia down the road. This place is a rip off. These are not the only issues I have had here. Theses are just the current ones. I am so under water on this vehicle that if I want to get rid of it I have to claim bankruptcy just to get out of paying for the over priced car. Do what you want but I hope to never have to come back here.

Decided to given a chance anyway just in case they were willing to beat prices. They only had one vehicle listed on their website that matched the model I was looking for but it said "coming soon". Again told this to the customer reps and they sent me a link for their stock. Link took me to a blank page. I then told the rep which trim option I wanted and was told that that option didn't exist and told me there were only 2 trim options that were available on the model I was looking at. Went to Ram's website and took a screen shot of the 5 trim options that were available including the one I asked about. Plus been pricing this vehicle for a while, have test driven it and searched dozen of dealers websites. The option I asked about if definitely available.

So: I’m wrong for stating a fact.

Wish I could give negative starts. Purchased a vehicle without need to finance & somehow found myself paying $3000 extra for something here & there upon closing. My husband wanted to trade in a perfect truck with the exception of some peeling black paint. They offered us $4000 for a truck with low blue book of $15000. The van I ended up purchasing fell apart the week after we purchased & immediately needed new brakes even though we were assured they were in great shape. Our van needed repair after repair & we referred to it as possessed because it would randomly just die in the middle of traffic or I would go into a grocery store after closing & locking doors & return to all doors & rear wide open. It spend months at our mechanics being repaired for thousands of dollars. We did NOT have it made at Stephen Wade. Do NOT purchase a vehicle here!

Plus you don't even know what options are available for the vehicle you sell?

I was contact by the dealership when I was looking for a Ram Truck. Quick internet search showed this dealer had a very poor rating plus their prices were higher than the surrounding dealers. I pointed this out to the sale rep. They told me I was wrong and that they have excellent customer service. Telling the customer they are wrong (if they are or not) is never good customer service. Plus easy to verify, their online rating is horrible.

Doing what Jared did is what gives a bad name to car dealers. You shouldn't have to LIE to people to get business. We will never darken your door step again.

Do not trust the sales/management team, they did not honor the price they quoted me 32 Hrs later. Told them have all pre approvals done and transport and everything lined up ready to pick up. Even raised my price $ 500.00 dollars above original offer from them to help and nothing. Management would not even budge to lower to make a satisfied customer over $ 750.00 this is also on a $ 35,000.00 vehicle. SORRY bad business will never recommend this dealership for what they stand for on anything.
