Premier is amazing!!! I was treated like family the moment I walked in the door. I explained the situation I was in as a first time buyer and they helped me choose the perfect car! I hardly had any credit at all and they assured me that they would help me walk out with a 2013 Dodge Avenger. Three days later, I'm already cruising around St. George in my new sweet ride! They really work with you and make it so you can afford your dream car! If you're in the market for a new car, I strongly suggest you visit them first! I don't have the best credit and I've made some stupid decisions.... even with all of that, premier was able to get me approved. My interest rate with premier is lower than the other places I've gone to. Kaleb is awesome. I work nights and he was able to text me information and keep me informed so when I got there I knew exactly what I wanted and just had to wait for paperwork. I'm glad I went there and I love my new car.
Our family has now just bought our third vehicle from Premier Car & Truck in the last 6 months! My husband and I found a great Toyota Avalon, our son found a perfect Pick-up Truck, and our other son and his wife just bought a Toyota RAV4 there last night! They are a top-notch dealership that treats their customers with honesty and personal care. We walked in this place with very low self esteem that we would just try our luck because of our credit score. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by Caleb and a Huge friendly smile by owner Ron. The staff assisted us immediately, and told us to go about our day, and leave the rest to them. We went about our days errands, but not an hour pass by with an update by the staff. To our surprise we expected the unexpected, we drove home in our dream car. Starting from the owner Ron, finance officer, to Caleb our sales person what a tremendous, amazing team. look forward to go back for my next ride from this place. This place was terrible. They started strong and the ball seriously got dropped when a tall blonde hair salesman came over to help us. I literally was talking about how there were a ton of scratches on this vehicle and his response was,"Well it is a black vehicle." as I returned," Well you are trying to sell a black vehicle right?" One minute later he is leaning against the car with his keys and key-chain slapping against the door panel , I looked at him and said "That's not helping the scratches." He took offense and started to raise his voice and become sarcastic. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T LEAVE RIGHT THEN WAS BECAUSE SHE REALLY LOVED SOME OF THE CARS ON THE LOT. The vehicle was for my girlfriend and the shaved stocky gentleman was standing right next to him the entire time, never checked him or corrected him, just kept smiling like he wasn't acting incredibly rude and unacceptable. After that he gave us a quote that she ended up throwing in the trash. We took our business to another dealer and they made us feel like we mattered and didn't act like children. I will never look at this business again without shaking my head and laughing, and talking everyone out of investing in them when they're name is brought up. This same review will appear on EVERY rating website I can find as well as a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Customers keep business' alive, if you can't handle customer service than do St. George a favor and find another job!
