Several weeks ago we visited the dealership to look at the SUVs. We were just looking, but Tyler was happy to help us and actually encouraged my husband to take a test drive. We weren't ready to make a final decision inasmuch as this was our first opportunity to look at cars, so we left. Several days ago I called Newby to inquire about the Labor Day finance specials, and fortunately Tyler told me they were offering the 0% interest for 72 months on the model we were interested in. A few hours later we went to Newby and eventually purchased the Envision with the amazing help of Tyler. He was so nice and not at all pushy. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase, and although we did decide to get the extended warranty, it was because I felt it was the best thing to do and not because we felt obligated (and it didn't add that much additional cash to our monthly payment). When we returned the next day to turn in our used car and take possession of our new car, Tyler was happy to thoroughly answer all our questions and spent considerable time explaining all the accessories inside the car. I would highly recommend Tyler for his exceptional customer service and thoughtfulness. Another satisfied customer!

Very easy experience. We had looked online and knew exactly what truck we wanted to look at. Kent helped us when we got there and got us test driving it in no time. We loved it and decided to get it.
