I've had a storage unit here for almost a year. I like the gated and secure facility and It seems to be kept up well.
Our unit flooded several times. There was no need for this. Very adequate (seemingly) drainage outside. But I feel like the storage is Advanced Realty's afterthought thing that makes them money without much over head or over sight. So whatever keeps causing that I'm sure has never been looked at. We got a second storage unit at a different, climate controlled, interior units to house important documents etc. Put your stuff on pallets and you'll be OK if there is nothing in there you can't live without. Storage is too hard to come by to overlook them completely.
They lure you in with a great promo of "you pay the first month and we will give you the second month free".. oh... that is if make sure to catch that we actually charged you for it and have to call and ask for the free month we told you we would give you. The office staff don't seem to be able to keep up with whats going on. Not impressed and I will be moving my storage unit as soon as a have a free moment to do so.
