Walter helped us purchase our first home which happened to be a foreclosure. With Walter as our realtor it was a truly great experience! We had plenty of questions. Walter answered all of our questions quickly and provided plenty of useful information. He negotiated with the bank and took care of all the little issues we had. Walter went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Walter is a true professional in my opinion. And the best part: he's a really nice guy!
