You agreed to meet us on short notice and took the time to drive us around showing us numerous properties. As the afternoon progressed, we still hadn’t found anything that appealed to us. You then suggested we might want to take a look at a subdivision where your son was in the final stages of building a home. We subsequently found a lot we fell in love with. You graciously gave us a tour of your son’s home that was near completion and eventually connected us with his builder. Based upon the craftsmanship we saw and your recommendation, we contracted his services to build our dream home.

We had to clear several issues such as structural inspection, rental rules, and the improvement of a small tract of land adjacent to the house. Kay got back to us promptly, and stayed with us for the whole process, surprising us with her friendly service, and patience. If we buy another property in St. George, we would be delighted to use Kay Hancock.
This spring we bought a home in legacy, after looking two months in St. George for a place to spend the winter.
We used Kay to help us locate, buy and build a home while we were overseas. She was very helpful in helping pick color schemes and sent us pictures of our home weekly as it was being built. She was very thorough in the final walk through and made sure everything was in great shape before closing.

She ensured each aspect of the purchase was completed correctly and timely, forwarding all the documents for our review. She even contacted the Post Office and had the mailbox key changed and had a new key ready for us when we returned for the completion of the purchase.

We have moved all over the United States and around the world, and have never met a realtor that is remotely close to you! We could not believe the level of effort you expended to take care of us. There is absolutely no way that we could have built our home without you. I still cannot believe your thoroughness and diligence in overseeing the construction process on our behalf. You continually sent us progress photos, and contacted us anytime you felt there were issues with the construction that needed our input or clarification. I am a construction engineer for one of the largest construction companies on the planet, and I couldn’t have done a better job.

Carmen and I just wanted to write you to express our appreciation for everything that you have done for us. It is hard to know where to begin. When you came into our lives is nothing short of a God send as far as we are concerned!
At the time we were back home in the US, on vacation from our assignment in Australia and thought that we would take advantage to look for property in the St. George area that would become our retirement home. Not having much time Carmen opened the local phone directory and selected your name from the listing of Realtors. The rest as they say is history.
We found her after we had put a condo under contract, and wanted to look at a few more. She was very professional and kept us updated on the market, and each subdivisions restrictions and HOA rules.
We contacted Kay in 2011 to assist us in looking for a vacation townhome. Being from out of state and on a limited time schedule we were hesitant to make a hasty purchase.
