When my husband called to get a prescription renewed the gal said, " We don't have that prescription," with a grumpy attitude. Our last pharmacy, in another city, was so happy to help you in any way that they could. They were glad to see you and acted like they liked you. This one acts like you are putting them out and won't even call the doctor to get the prescription renewed.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This was a horrible experience. I waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, even though they looked at me they did not acknowledge me. Then they said my prescription was fake and had to call the doctor. After that they said it would take 10-15 minutes and I would get a text message. After an hour I did not receive a text message and I finally went to the front and they got it filled. I would suggest never going to Walmart. I would go to Harmons in a heart beat even if it is out of my way.
