I haven't had a horrible experience with this pharmacy. However, sometimes when I call to check if I can refill a prescription, they don't always check the system to make sure it will go through the insurance. That sometimes irritates me, I know when the doctor wrote the prescription, and I know when I filled it last. It's the insurance I call about and ask them to make sure & they write me off saying 'the doctor wrote it for such and such a date, you just can't get it before then.' Duh! I know that, I understand that they get busy, but would be nice if they listened to the question first.
I've always had a good experience with this pharmacy and the staff has always treated me well.
Pharmacy so rude and not helpful...will drive across town where people actually want business and will go out of their way to accomodate! I was just instructed by two individuals in the pharmacy about their policies. ..well I have a policy too...don't do business with this pharmacy!
