I was given a certificate for a free pillow from this store. I took it in and was afraid of how I would be treated if all I did was collect the pillow and not purchase anything else. The worker greeted me very pleasantly and was really excited for me that I was getting to try this great pillow. The pillow the certificate was for was out of stock so he upgraded me to a better pillow at no cost. He was very friendly and attentive and I was very impressed. I have only used the pillow one night but it was great.
Customer service was great! The gentleman that helped us was so nice and knowledgeable. He was very patient and was willing to help us and answer all my questions even though he knew I wasn’t ready to buy just then. We must have laid on every bed at least two times without any issues or feeling pressured to buy right then. The prices were great, the customer service was great, and I will be going back when I’m ready to buy.
I dont know where to begin. I was in my car with it running because it is 90+ degrees outside and had the A/C running i have 3 small children and i wasnt going to sit in it with no cool air. I was waiting for my grandmother to get there so we can have breakfast next door at bishops, when i had this rude guy saying hes the store manager come out and ask if i was going to be here for awhile with my car running i said no im just waiting for my grandmother to get here then going into bishops well not even 5 minutes later he comes back out taking pictures of my license plate and my car, I got out of my car and approached him and asked why he was taking pictures of my car and license plate he said for his records and that i need to turn my car off because fumes are going into the store i didnt smell any fumes what so ever the guy was being very rude calling me psycho and cussing at me. I explained to him i have 3 young kids in the car and i am not going to turn my car off so they can get heat stroke he began to still call me names and was calling the owner of the company i told him go for it. I do not give this company even a rating with how the customer service is and how rudely i was treated and how he was cussing and calling me names in front of my small children. I will not recommend anyone to come to this store to buy anything from them.
Easy going sales staff, very affordable prices for high end brand name beds and the best part is they have a professional, courteous delivery service that goes above and beyond for customers!
I had received received a coupon for a free pillow. When I went in, I was greeted immediately in a very friendly manner. The salesman joked around with me and was incredibly friendly and personable. He was out of the pillows that my coupon was for, but he upgraded me for free. He also was very knowledgeable when I asked about mattresses and didn't pressure me at all. He just invited me to come back in when I needed/wanted to. He also was really great with my kids! It was truly a great experience. I would definitely shop there again.
