We stayed in room #215 and the lady who cleaned our room's name was Anna, and she did an amazing job cleaning up the room and getting us new towels whenever we needed it.
Two swimming pools. One indoor and one outdoor. Two hot tubs. One indoor and one outdoor. Breakfast was surprisingly good. They had something different each day not just the same old thing each time. Hotel is very clean and staff are very nice.
Our stay here at this hotel was amazing. The pool was clean and open at great hours for us to swim at our leisure. The desk service was super amazing and continually answered any questions we had with professional politeness. Not once did we feel unwelcome.
Nice location, it's around lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and updated. We didn't have very much hot water, we had to take minute showers. A little frustrating. But overall nice hotel.

When we arrived, our room looked clean. Throughout the day, we started finding hairs in various places, which was fairly gross. Found quite a few of them. We were also given one of the worst rooms in the building. Situated between a business conference room and the gym area. It was incredibly noisy. We were lucky enough to have someone with extremely active children right above us making, noise, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. I will also mention that the desk staff were not particularly friendly.
This was not a good hotel experience. The sleep we obtained was not good. There were only two positives. The bed was relatively comfortable and the free breakfast was of decent quality. That's why this isn't a one star review.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We got in a little late, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. While the room was a little on the small side, it was clean and quiet. Free breakfast in the morning was hot and diverse. We'll definitely stay here again.
