We called these folks when our roof leaked and caused our ceiling to collapse. They took care of literally EVERYTHING, quickly, professionally, and very efficiently. They got us a competent roofer right away, they cleaned up the disaster area in our bedroom where the ceiling had collapsed, patched the ceiling, had our texture matched perfectly, masked everything off, removed the wet insulation in our attic, and oh my....the list just goes on and on! They have their phones answered 24 hours a day and they NEVER leave you hanging. They do everything as promised. I highly recommend HiCaliber. A company you can totally trust and won't let you down. Amazing people. We are so lucky to have found them!!!
HiCaliber is amazing. Communication was great, if I sent an email it was usually answered within 15 minutes. Phone calls were very courteous and at no point did we ever feel that we were being talked down to even for our "dumb" questions. As soon as the building permits were issued work started within 2 business days. The workers were very thorough, polite and very respectful. There was never a mess left overnight, and plastic tarps were always placed over furniture and other personal items. In my situation, they even finished one day early. The attention to detail was amazing. The HiCaliber employee saw a mistake made by one of the contractors (one that we didn't even notice) and he had the contractor come out and fix it. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again. Great company, great employees, and amazing service. A+++
cleaning job. They cleaned my ceramic tile, carpets and HVAC ducts after a major remodel. Kyle went above and beyond by crawling into the attic and locating a collapsed duct . Just got my furniture out of storage and called them to clean that too. Looks great.
These guys are AMAZING! They arrived within 5 minutes and had a solution to the problem immediately.
