Two days prior to Thanksgiving, and preparing for 37 family member to descend on her, my mother woke to a flooded basement, but that wasn't the hard part - my dad was bed ridden and just trying to stay with us long enough to be able to say his goodbyes. Not a good time to have a flood. I live in St George, but my parents live in Fillmore and my Mom was in no position mentally or emotionally to handle this disaster. At that point my first thought was to call Advanced Restoration. I am an insurance agent and my experience had been nothing but positive when referring my clients to them, so I decided to put them to the test personally. They were there starting the cleanup immediately, and made it livable for us through Thanksgiving. The family all picked up and went home, leaving my mom alone to proceed with the restoration. Layne from Advanced was unbelievable in the respect and tenderness he showed my Mom throughout the process, because in the middle of it my Dad passed away.So the scheduled repairs were put on hold until after the funeral. It was so comforting to know the workers going in and out of the house were aware and respectful of my Mom. Layne went above and beyond in being sure she was comfortable and the home was restored to like new. Their work was impeccable, Layne worked closely with me as we both worked with the insurance company, so my Mom didn't have to worry about anything. It was the best I could have hoped for at a very difficult time and it was because of the wonderful people at Advanced Restoration. Their caring, their work ethics, their honesty - everything about them secured my loyalty to them for years to come.

This company was the first on the scene after my house flooded from heavy rains. I can't say enough good about this company . They are not only thorough, efficient, pleasant & accommodating, but go above & beyond what other companies would do. They have not yet completed restoring my house because of reoccurring rains, but so far they are a 10 out of 10...................... !
