This office is very professional and does their best to help you and explain their policies. They are very overworked. We need more mental health services in Southern Utah. Book appointments ASAP. The care manager is fantastic.
Without giving too much information. There's a patient that frequently visits that I had legal documents to talk to and trying to have the nurses allow me to talk to this patient has been difficult every time. They almost seem determined to never give out any information, even if you do have current legal documents! I only gave a star just because of one nurse who was the only one to take the time of day for my family.
My doctor forced me to go to a place i was not comfortable with and i refuse to see any therapists at this place. They are not good with handling information and it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to switch to a therapist you are comfortable with. I had horrible experiences here BUT the only positive thing there was to visit Katy and she is the one who saved my life.

My doctor Wayne moss. Cut me off of my medications and refused refills with no explanation from him or his office. I had to find another doctor in the mean time because I was out of my meds and experiencing heavy withdrawal symptoms. I contacted them three times in one week about my concerns and symptoms. I suffer from bipolar depression and if I go unmediated I get suicidal. This office and doctor put my life at risk with no explanation. I felt like they treated me more as a number rather then a patient. Two weeks went by before I found a new doctor, I called to complain and they said that Wayne moss was on vacation. For two weeks I suffered while they didn't even have the curtesy to inform me of that and maybe offer another solution. Highly unprofessional with no regard for the well being of patients. I will never return to this office again.
