Located inside the Red Cliffs Mall. I have been 3 times for custom work. Incredible detail and prices. I recommend this store and the talented ladies inside.
Wanted a particular quote to go with a picture on the wall. Was given a lot of possibilities in a binder provided. Lo and behold the perfect quote was found. Had the young lady change up the font a bit. Cost $22. We got home and decided it was too big. We returned to the store to exchange for a smaller size of the same print. Told there are no refunds on a “custom piece”. We were referred to the policy in small print at the bottom of the receipt after the return policy in larger print on stock items. Not impressed with the young ladies attitude as she explained it. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stated that the quote came out of their binder with a font change and could be put on the peg and easily sold with similiar quotes to another customer. All the girl could say is, “that is the owners policy”. We redid the quote in smaller font for $12. Got stiffed for the $22. No offer to even discount the new vinyl to keep a customer happy. Total out of pocket $34 for what cost them peanuts to make. They won’t be seeing my business again. First and last purchase Vinyl4Decor.
Wish I could give less than 1 star. The company sent me the wrong size vinyl. I hung it (since they don't label the size and it comes in 2 parts). After it was on the wall, I saw the error in size. I asked for a refund and all the seller will offer is to send the correct size so that I can go through the hassle of taking the one I currently have down and hanging the new one. Keep in mind it took me at least one hour to hang the first one. Because of the design I will also have to putty and paint an area of my wall where the first design is hung ( it is a clock and the battery pack has to be screwed into the wall). Their other offer is to refund the difference in price of what I ordered and what I received. Again, if this were not stuck on my wall, I would return it and get a refund. I don't think it is right that because I hung it on the wall, I can't get a refund. I want to use that money to pay a local person who is making me a new item who is willing to also hang the new item. This place is absolutely terrible to work with.
I went in with a customized design and was blown away! The employee (wish I'd caught her name) got my vision perfectly! the price was amazing and it was finished so quickly! I am going to come up with more ideas just so I can go back. ;) I'd rate 5+ stars any day.
