My experience with the office staff and communication would be 2 stars. The strange thing was the communication only got bad at the end. I multiple phone calls that were not returned. I also had conflicting information given by different staff members. One on my prescriptions sat at the pharmacy for 2 weeks waiting for a preauth from their office, I finally paid cash for it.
My experience with just my surgeon, Dr Ryan Lewis, would be 5 stars. He's great at communication, answered my questions and my multiple surgeries were successful.
