My prescription was a bit off, so trying to get my eyes to get used to my new glasses did not sit completely well with me for long. I asserted my belief that something was not right. The attendant did say it takes a while. When I pressed it and got my needs met through re-evaluating my prescription, the the Costco vision center worked with me on it and even replaced free of charge the glasses. Being my first time getting glasses I did not know about the advice to get a computer pair. My attendant was knowledgeable enough to go out on that limb to help me see that I'd be happy, given my needs. She was very patient with me. She was right! I couldn't be happier! I feel like they went the distance when the prescription did not even originate with them, giving me another try on another whole new set FREE of charge; then that the advice given in the wake of a shaky first experience was excellent! I felt guided by a steady patient and knowledgeable hand when I needed it the most.
