Had a great purchase experience. Salesman was very helpful and we came away with what we wanted for much less than we expected.
I have been screwed over two different times by their flooring department. Never get orders on time even when I called to verify that it was coming multiple times. When they screwed up they are not sorry and just offer your money back. Getting the money back doesn't help when I have people waiting to lay my floors on an order that was ordered in for a specific date. Worst customer service ever! If i could rate lower stars I would.

9/2/17 2:40pm I've been sitting at the appliance cooking/refrigeration area waiting for help for over 20 minutes. There is Jason, Daniel and their buddy didn't catch his name, tattoo on left arm. All helping one customer while I wait (by helping I mean just sitting there doing nothing). Then another customer walks up and they start helping her instead (yes they saw me standing there waiting)... they finally got to me and I was able to ask my 5 second question. I've been to this area 2 other times before and it's always this way so I figured I'd put a review in so maybe they can fix it.
Today the Lowe's team, and especially the manager, went way out of their way and help me with a long distance order for glass blocks, long story short I was very impressed with their assistance and knowledge. I will definitely be back as a new loyal customer,
Everything in ad was up front and accessible. Signs directing you to what you need are very good. Will be back for more needed items.
