I ordered a flower arrangement via the internet and the arrangement was NOTHING like the picture. I did contact the website and they offered a small refund, or have everything I ordered picked up. I told them to pick it up and issue the refund!!! This was not a good interaction with this florist!
We had problems with the first delivery (all roses died within hours of delivery even though we watered them upon receipt), but the owner Sherry finally came through, called and replaced the centerpiece (the reason it took more than a week for her to respond was it was Christmas time and she hadn't listened to all phone mail messages. (She will in all probability listen to them sooner in the future). A bouquet of fresh flowers would have been sufficient. But she and Shelly completely redid the centerpiece. We are thankful for the follow-up and return service.
I don't live in the area and contacted Flower Market to deliver flowers to family. Something happened with the flowers and they didn't survive. I contacted the owner and she was wonderful to work with. New flowers were delivered and they were beautiful. I'll give people like this my business every time and be glad to do it!
A quaint, unassuming shop with a beautiful and arrayed selection of flora! They helped me choose the perfect arrangement for my anniversary and put it together for me in 10 min! A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
I ordered 2 beautiful Christmas arrangements through the Teleflora website to be delivered to the same household. They arrived Friday afternoon. I was extremely disappointed with both arrangements. The carnations (which usually last a long time) on both arrangements were already shriveling up and almost dead and the Christmas trimmings were already drying out. One arrangement came smaller than the medium one that I ordered. The red flowers on the bigger one were just okay. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially for the price paid. I will definitely go a different route on my next purchase.
