I tried to place an order over the phone & left a message. No return call. I placed my order via internet a few days later. I called 9:30 a.m.on delivery day to follow up delivery for after 2:30, they claim they did not have that information and had to call the driver. When order arrived it was damaged upon delivery & another arrangement was to be delivered the following day. I was NOT made aware of this & I tried calling several times with NO answer or voice mail I tried calling the following morning to see when this was going to be delivered and this time it went right voice mail. I called my daughter to have her call & and the phone was answered on the first ring. CALLER I.D. I PRESUME! The arrangement would be delivered within 30 minutes. Accidents happen and mistakes are made, the second arrangement was perfect but there was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Disappointing!
Received chocolate dipped strawberries that were mushy & old. Unfortunately because they were so old, they were inedible. I know the pricing for such items is quite high according to your website so you should at least make an attempt to keep your fruit fresh. On a good note, they were beautifully dipped.
Their arrangements are really nice but the customer service is lacking. They absolutely will not make any modifications to delivered arrangements to suit an individual customer. I was willing to pay for the individual pieces but they still refused to deliver it if it was not exactly what they show as available on the website.
Terrible customer service! I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day and was promised delivery that afternoon or evening. It was never delivered and there was no attempt to contact me. The next day I called to find out why there was no delivery or even an attempt to contact me. They assured me that their delivery driver had attempted to delivery and no one was home and that he had tried to call me. Neither of which were true! I told them I just wanted a refund. Edible Arrangements said they would only refund $14 worth of a $100+ value arrangement I had ordered. I opted to have it delivered rather than receive this pathetic attempt at a refund. When the arrangement was delivered the driver apologized and said he hadn't even attempted to deliver because it had been so late in the evening and had driven to another city delivering another arrangement. I was absolutely livid and appalled by this! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only for this experience but also because every time I call I get put on hold no less than five times!
Who doesn't love Edible Arrangements. Nice presentation and yummy bouquets of tasty juicy fruit and easy to order online.
