The automatic wash was fine.
Great automated car wash with hand wipe at end. A bit of congestion and tight turns at start and end, but worth the effort. The Bluff Street location has same equipment and much better entrance and exit.
Always love getting my car washed at Freddys. Fast service, but this time the rags they used on the windows weren't very clean and left streaks on my windows. If I lived closer I would have gone back for a re-do. Still really like the service I get here!
The extra I paid for was a joke. They did basically nothing.
I was excited to try out this wash as it offered a hand towel dry and wheel clean at the end with the top wash, but I was disappointed in the effort of the staff. Like most people that are willing to pay over $20 per wash, I would expect to make it look clean and shiny afterward. They only dried about 40% of the car there were water spots all over the driver side of the truck, and all of the windows had big streaks as if they used a soaking wet towel to dry the windows. I came back about an hour later after I noticed the issues. They gladly let me go through again, but again the drying job was the same, so I politely asked for a towel and I dried it myself. Maybe I am just expecting too much from a mostly young and seemingly unmotivated staff. I won't return, as I can get that same clean for less than half the cost elsewhere, and I can dry it myself.
Friendly employees. The wash quality is fine. Dixie State University employees get half off pricing on Tuesdays. My family likes the peach air-freshener, if you need to decide.
