Lots of turnover so it is hard to find and stay with a therapist you like.

Typical boxed massage place. As long as the therapists are good so is the experience. Their new computerized system now manages the therapist's time to the minute which makes the customer's experience totally clock dependant.
I booked a couples massage and they only booked for one person!!! The receptionist only booked one saying she thought it was only for me. I thought a couples massage meant two!!!! We wasted a whole day!!! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with a massage here!!!
