Months later they charged my card for membership then left me a voicemail stating I had two hours to use. I also have a gift certificate a friend gave me that they won't let me use unless I'm a member! Wow shouldn't that have been explained to the friend buying the gift card. I called today ask what's up they tell me my membership came off hold. I explain I cancelled it drove out there as they requested and signed the form. Addie tells me Dominique NEVER makes mistakes and is very thorough. They basically say I'm a liar and they cannot refund my money and ask again if I want to come use my 2 hours! Sounds like a scam to me. When I cancelled in December they said I had no hours left. BEWARE OF MASSAGE ENVY they have your card in file and it can be started back up anytime. I belonged for 3 years then decided to cancel my membership. Kacei is a great therapist and I loved her massage other therapists were always questionable. The 60 minute massage is usually about 48 min and the 90 is 78 on a good day. They start late and finish early. I cancelled
While I am not complaining about the massage therapists, most of them are amazing! However, the receptionists have really pissed me off!!!! on Monday, December 7th I had a massage. Afterwards, I asked them to schedule me for another one on Sunday. She rambled off the available times and I chose 2pm. Then she said okay, Sunday at 2pm. I said great and left. Today, is Sunday...the Sunday that I scheduled an appointment for 2pm... I went in and she said they had me down for next week on Sunday at 2pm... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?! I just drove 30 minutes from Hurricane to have a massage. She offered no apology or anything to remedy the situation... And since I have plans each weekend for the rest of the month, I scheduled for THIS Friday. I confirmed, THIS FRIDAY AT THIS {X} TIME? This is not the first time something like this has happened... A few months ago, I was almost to Massage Envy when they called me and told me that they needed to change my appointment to a later time because they weren't ready for me... I get the hot stone massage and apparently they entered it wrong or whatever and the therapist didn't have the stones ready! So they had to schedule me for later... even though I was already in town... They have my information and they know I live 30 minutes away... to make me waste my time driving is just inconsiderate!!! After my next massage I am canceling my account with them!
I am a massage therapist who works in Knoxville at Massage Envy. While visiting St George my wife and I came in for 90 minute massages. I was lucky enough to be assigned Sam to do my deep tissue massage. I was very impressed by Sams professionalism and compassion! Plus her deep tissue work was "par excellence "! In my opinion this clinic is very lucky to have her as are any clients lucky enough to be massaged by her. Ron C.
