Good bread, nice desserts, but I have yet to figure out why it consistently takes so long to get food there. Even when you order items from the display case that are alresdy prepared, it still takes more than 10 minutes to have it served. They do have great desserts, a nice atmosphere and good service.
Love love their food, however if you don't have longer than half an hour to wait NOT the place to go. Have been to several other Kneaders and this one somehow is the sloowest out there. Always friendly service and consistency with food but, dang, what gives? I've waited in the drive through and watched 3+ cars leave because the line takes 20 minutes to move on several occasions.
Customer service at this location has always been deplorable. I thought maybe I caught them at a bad day but I love their soup and bread bowl. Everytime I go back I get a different person and same result. I'm left standing at the register without assistance and they always seem super grumpy.
This place has the best french toast and well..... just about everything is very good here. You cannot go wrong here. 2 words "LOVE IT!"
Almost perfect! The food is sooo good; I always find myself craving Kneaders. However, I made an online order, and it took them longer to get my order ready then people who arrived at the building after me and also waited in line to order.
