Great Financial Institution Gives One Of The Best Places To Increase Your Wealth
I went in with my wife to see if I could get my interest rate lowered on my truck. The man I spoke to basically told me there was nothing they could do for us and then told us he had a meeting and asked us to leave. I went to Mountain America CU and they aslo told me they could not lower the interested rate but explained to me that when I pay off $X of dollars, they could help me out. Literally the next day I received a letter from Goldenwest saying that I was pre-approved to have my interest rate lowered; so, either the man I spoke to or the letter I received was all bogus. I felt like they lied to me and/or are sending me false material.
I have an auto loan at this bank excellent service always with a smile, the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgable.
