I absolutely love this bank. They have helped me and my husband gain Credit, which has helped us reach our financial goals. They worked with us very personally on a loan for a truck, and they were the only bank that would give us the type of loan with the type of interest rate we were looking for. Mike is an incredible employee who goes out of his way to help members and makes you feel like a friend. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, personal bank!
These people are a bunch of crooks! They charge outrageous fees that don't apply to your account, Outrageous insurance fees and when you show them proof you had insurance they go quite and you can't get a hold of anyone to work with you. I hope when you all go in for your temple recommends and they ask, "are you honest in your dealings with your fellow men," every single one of you should say no. Save the headache and go to a different bank!!!!

A week ago I called in to cancel my auto pay, I explained to the lady I talked to that I had to wait to pay my auto loan because I don't have any money right now. She was very nice, and sent the forms to my email, but she mentioned nothing about the 'skip a pay' program. It would have been nice to be able to buy presents for my family for Christmas and pay my car payment next month, but instead I paid today over the phone, and a different lady told me that my car was paid off. I was super excited, but it seemed off, so I went online to double check. I still owe money on my car. Why just flat out lie to me? I'm glad I decided to double check before not paying it off next month, and ruining my credit of all my car payments on time. This place is good for a cheap auto loan, but they will flat out lie to you.
