Very helpful staff. I mentioned where I worked, having no idea there was any kind of discount involved, and my cashier got right on the phone with a supervisor and informed me that I didn't have to pay full price because of my place of employment. Not everyone will get a discount, but I'm sure everyone will get professional and courteous customer service!
They don't allow service animals unless there training and every service animal is be n trained and there allowed anywhere doesn't matter what kindof service animal it is I have proof that my dog is allowed in all places no matter if they don't allow pets and if Deseret Industries doesn't like it they can call the number on my card and on my dogs tag it has the ADA number on it and they can talk to them about the law and everything and if they don't like it they should be shut down until they can allow all service animals in cuz I'm the only one that gets chewed out even though the rest of them don't have service vest like I do for my dog they don't chew them out and it's not fair to me that they get away with it and I don't when I have a service vest on my dog and everything and all the employees are bad mouth in each other and causing all this drama which shouldn't be going around this isn't High School people and stop harassing other people as well mind your own business this place maybe cheap and all but that's not the way to treat customers like that or they're going to lose the customers if they don't watch it employees the job coaches in the manager the LDS church is supposed to be nice to everyone not be rude at least I thought that was supposed to
I bought a denim skirt anda pair of denim jeans and two pairs of shoes all 4 for $20 I thought it a bargain
Great prices, and the proceeds provide training for the associates, such as tech college, GED, forklift certification, etc. Stuff that can't sell goes to third world countries, homeless shelters, and so forth. The only downside is that associates are very temporary, so they may not be fully trained when you visit. Also, the organizing, pricing, and quality is not super spot-on. The hanging, tagging, etc is not very fancy. That's what happens when you have seven hours to sort through 2,700 pieces of good clothing at an average of only 4.8 dollars each. Can't afford to spend more time on tag placement or fanciness. It sells so fast at this price. I work here. In all, I'm proud to be a part of this cause.
Love this thrift store I live in California and we have nothing as good as this store with quality price and selection
