Cement tile roof 11 years old leaks like a seave. $2000.+in repairs so far. Don't us this company. Apple Valley Max. Was told that roofing contractors warrent 1 year,. Used another contractor for repairs. One hour after posting I was contacted by Stout,. Came out the next day and did 3 repairs no charge. So far so good, waiting for the next heavy rain.
HOWEVER, not only did they refund an over charge, they came out and reworked some very bad areas of my roof (resulting in part of the problem) but did it at a very fair price and with GREAT concern for making me happy. In addition they are working with the plumbing company who created a MAJOR roof issue at one of the locations to rectify the solution CORRECTLY and and finally (second time that company has needed to come and replace the roof and ceiling). I am very happy with George and his crew and that they cared enough to take a very disgruntled customer and turn me into a customer for life. Thanks George and Les! (and crew).

Originally I wrote a bad review for this company - issues were not handled in a customer friendly way and I was very disappointed.
We had a GREAT experience with Stout Roofing after one of their competitors failed more than once to show up for their scheduled appointments with us. Wish we had just called Stout the first time. It would have saved us a lot of grief. I HIGHLY recommend this company, we WILL use them again if need be, and we are VERY glad that they came to our aid in a timely manner. A special thanks to George Avakian from Stout. He's the greatest!
