Got to my house the very next day when my a/c went out and had a new unit installed the day after. Very timely and proffesional. The technincians that came to my house were respectful of my and my home.
I have used A1-Service for plumbing and HVAC issues, they always get the problem fixed and have good technicians and staff.
Jeff came when they said he would (within an hour of calling on a Friday afternoon), fixed the problem as affordably as possible (he could have easily told/sold us things we didn't need), and called us back with follow-up info. We highly recommend A-1
I called A 1 Service for appointment for a breaker replacement I needed in my electrical panel was told Ryan would call me and schedule a time to come out and help me get it replaced with what I needed right way. No call that day so I called back on the second day and was told he must be busy I will text and have him call you right away. No call on the second day or the third day either. This company is a joke and has no customer service what so ever. Do yourself a favor and call HedgeHog Electric. totally different experience at lest they will do what they say the will and return calls.
Super fast response time and Dan was the nicest man! He looked at the issues and quickly gave me an assessment free of charge. Would defiantly recommend him for any plumbing needs in the future.
