While training for Marine Officer Candidates School I experienced a lot of issues with shin splints. I finally broke down and came to have them checked out by Steve and his team. They helped me understand why I was experiencing problems and in about seven visits not only healed the damage but also taught me some good motivated preventative exercises. While training I watched some of my buddies get disenrolled because of similar issues, but never experienced them myself. Upon returning I had sustained other injuries and came to have them looked at again. With more exercises and about six visits my rolled ankle and injured knee are back to working condition. These guys know what they're doing and are dedicated to getting you back to 100%.
These guys are "THE BOMB" all the way through their entire therapy process.
Lose the number of who are currently using and put in Mountain Land. I've been around for (18 years) and their isn't anyone that compares.
I would highly recommend Mountain Land Physical Therapy. I worked with Steven for a few weeks and he was delightful! He was always very friendly, compassionate and knowledgable. He gave me the tools to feel better long term. He made sure that I understood why I was feeling the way I was, that I understood the exercises he assigned for me at home and to make sure I was able to prevent further and future injury. All the staff was very friendly and competent.
You all ROCK!!!!
Thanks today for the FANTASTIC service and the ice pack that I wish I would have had years ago.
Just a few words to describe an incredible team of professionals that perform an expert healing service. Knowledgeable, caring, attentive, personable...And besides all that, by following their advice for in-between visits, my healing process is pretty rapid. I went from acute pains to being pretty functional in one week. A big thank you to the entire team.
My wife was found to have bone on bone in her knees. We were looking into knee replacement with a leading orthopedic surgeon in St. George. During his exam of her, including current x-rays ... he found serous fibromyalgia in her history ... and told us that knee replacement surgery would cause a major flare up of fibromyalgia pain for her ... and suggested that he refer her to Steve Bennett, Physical Therapist, at Mountain Land Physical Therapy. At the time, I was getting her to doctor appointments in a wheelchair, and she also used crutches. She used her wheelchair for her first appointment with Steve. By her 6th appointment, she did not need the wheelchair or crutches (yea). Now, 2 years later, she and I are walking 2 miles. Steve Bennett is a really good guy and is good at what he does.... and he cares about his patients.
