I have also only had good experiences with this office. They do a great job!
Don't assume that faxing/emailing your utilities application will actually get your water connected! Our lawn died after 3 weeks, even though we assumed the water had been turned on. We live out of the area, and were dependent upon the integrity of the city utilities department to take care of our request for services.
They have a reputation of working with their customers. I've been a customer for over 10 years.Thank you
Do not use their online payment system... It does not work and will make you late.
