With a friendly staff, great programs and tons of books, the Santa Clara Library is an excellent resource for the community!
They also have used magazines and books for sale near the front. I love getting home-improvement and decorating magazines for a dime each. Yay!
Washington County library system blocks hearthstone, slows wifi to a painful crawl, and disconnects you every 2 hours. I have seen many better free wifi systems than this one. Why do the library wifi techs act like this?

Finally, Bad Art Night is so much fun. It takes off the pressure if it's supposed to be terrible! I am really impressed with how the librarians create such great programs.

The craft room is soooo cool! I love the Cricket cutter that you can use (for free!!!) if you bring your own paper.
Their teen programs are great! (We don't have many kids in my neighborhood, so it was a sanity-saver this summer to send my son to activities there where can hang out with other kids!)
Also, my son is taking 3-d printing at school and you can send files to the library to print. (I think the cost was less than $2 - wow!!!) (Cost is based on the size of the project.)
