I love love love this salon! BEST acrylic nails I have ever had! Very clean salon, and very clean work! I have worked at a nail salon before so I know how gross things can get! But I have never seen this salon dirty! The owners are so sweet and very honest! I always look forward to chatting with them! Best costumer service!
I've been to several pedicure places in St. George and this one is by FAR the best in town. They do a nice massage with hot stones and it is soooo relaxing. Highly recommend!
I was not impressed with the gel manicure and gel pedicure I received at Love Nail & Spa, they were awful to be completely honest. Appointment was on Wednesday. Aside from the very unimpressive pedicure, my polish had bubbles in it (both mani and pedi), and were chipping/ peeling off by the following day. I contacted the salon on Thursday to have them fixed, and was told they were busy and would need to call me back for an appointment. No call back on Friday. Fast forward to 7:42 pm, Saturday night... they call me to come in NOW. When I declined the appointment and asked for something with a little more notice, the man completely loses his temper and tells me I will be paying full price for the repairs, how the peeling/ chipping is because I use my hands too much, how they are not responsible for anything after I walk out the door of the salon, and that if I do not come in immediately I can find another salon. Now, I understand we all have bad days, but I was very patient and understanding throughout this entire ordeal. There was absolutely no reason for this man's outburst. It was completely unreasonable for him to order me to his salon IMMEDIATELY on a Saturday night, especially considering my husband and I were out to dinner, something I explained apologetically as I declined the appointment. Quite honestly, it was weird. Needless to say, I found another salon. A much better salon. One that appreciates my business and treats me as a valued client. With so many nail salons in the area to choose from, there is absolutely no reason for anyone to tolerate the poor quality and terrible customer service at Love Nails & Spas.
This place is the cleanest salon I have ever been to, which is great. However I felt like if I sneezed they were going to spray me down in a can of Lysol. They would get mad at me if I moved my towel in the wrong direction or if water from the pedicure got on the floor. I just didn't feel comfortable. I got a pedicure and asked them to dig at my ingrowns... and he said no. I'm 9 months pregnant. If I could have reached them myself... then I would have. Duh. Pedicure was okay, but the following few days my ingrowns just got worse and I ended up having to pay again to just go somewhere else. Not going back there again.
