Wonderful place, great customer service! We called earlier in the afternoon to have me and my daughters and daughter in laws, come in for a pedicure. When we got there, we were not in the books (new receptionist started today). The owner was very accommodating and super nice about it! We had to wait for a bit to get in, but she and the other worker stayed extra late so that we didn't feel rushed. We had a great time and for wonderful pedicures! Thank you!
I agree that the karaoke was the worst. My pedicure seemed fine, but started chipping not even 24 hours later. It’s been 3 1/2 days and 5 of my toenails are chipped. If I could I would take back the tip that they demanded on 2 signs.
From my wife- this is a fun salon. They have karaoke and cater to their clients needs and requests. This is a fun place for a girls party.
There was a misunderstanding on our apppintment when we got there, and they already had a fair amount of people there but they completely took the blame and offered to stay past closing time to fit us in. By the time our group of 5 finished, it was way past the time they closed but they didn't complain once. In fact they made the room a party by getting us going on karaoke. My mom, sister and sister in laws had the best time. Such a fun night and amazing experience. I wish we lived closed but we know where to come when we come to visit St George!
The staff was not very friendly, the owner caused a huge scene in front of the whole group about our private reservation, there are signs all over the place about how they only want to serve customers who will tip well (which is just tacky and completely classless) and the quality was terrible. Not impressed by the manicure or pedicure at ALL. I would never go back here or recommend this place.
